It happened right during Dragon Flies Throughout the Heavens, right at the end of the form and just before relaxation. My eyes were tearing. I guess I was crying. It was like an obstruction or a locked gate or a solid wall had cracked, an iced over river was thawing, a tight muscle had released and relaxed. I was not sad— just untied. I certainly was not unhappy— but simply felt like something had let go. That I had let go.
