Gourmet Birthday

Last night we celebrated IB’s birthday at Kendall College. Here are some of the amazing dishes we ate, created by the seniors at the school and served to us by the hospitality majors. Yes, life is good (and quite luscious).


Beet Salad – Arugula, Goat Cheese ice cream (!), Candied Hazelnuts, Champagne Vinaigrette


Kampachi Crudo – Lardons, Caperberries, Miso Aioli, Sesame Powder, Upland Cress


Duck – Smoked Wheat Berries, Pistachio, Wilted Greens, Spiced Mango Chutney, Duck Glace


Scallop – Curry, Celeriac Puree, Cauliflower, Thumbelina Carrots, Saltanas Vinaigrette
