Let’s Go to Peru

This is the first ep album by a couple of my former students. The singer was a bold, passionate, and opinionated 8th grader well-loved by this teacher and her peers, the guitarist a brilliant writer, reader, and cartoonist. They are both in college now.

In the words of the guitarist, “…if you a) like weird/fun pop music and b) have ever felt like there were a few discrete categories that everyone’s supposed to fit into but you don’t feel like you fit into any of them and really come to think of it you’re not sure why they exist in the first place and you can’t tell how everyone else figured out they were there or that they belonged to one — you’ll probably dig it!!

we play birthday parties & weddings & funerals.”

Here’s to the synchronicity of fellowship and creativity.
