IB grilling the first part of my awesome birthday dinner (purchased by IB and JB in a wild and enthusiastic shopping spree)– portobello mushrooms, asparagus, pineapple. The King Salmon and the corn came next. Below- artichoke, tomato, and mozzarella salad and the King Salmon atop the grilled pineapple topped with a mango salsa. This was followed by a flourless chocolate cake.
A perfectly delicious way to usher in my 63rd year on this planet.
