Rachel Maddow: State Politics Go Nuclear

This is Maddow’s broadcast from March 10, 2011, which is about the wider ideological agenda that is demonstrated by the stripping of public workers’ collective bargaining rights in Wisconsin and threatened elsewhere.

We must stay engaged and actively work to derail this anti-labor, anti-middle class movement.

I fear I watch a little too much of Ms. Maddow.

Here’s what *I’M* wondering; I’m hearing a lot of anti-union rhetoric (this is my favorite: http://joemygod.blogspot.com/2011/03/teabaggers-view-of-unions.html. Seriously?! ). It seems to ME, however, that that is so much projection. I get the feeling that the corporate bosses want to get rid of unions so THEY can bring down the working environment and, perhaps, send jobs overseas.

What is up with all of this all of a sudden? What’s up with people wanting to strip rights for some, rather than fighting for more rights for ALL?

Boy, this woman has an intelligent look at the situation.
